Dur-A-Flex Adds to Business Development Group, Expands Architectural, Facility Owner Reach

Nabb’s appointment adds additional muscle to Dur-A-Flex’s Business Development Group helping to further extend its architectural reach by targeting specifiers from Western Pennsylvania to Kansas and from Minnesota to Texas. Additionally, he will lend his extensive sales expertise and management experience to owners and operators of multi-unit facilities from a wide range of industries who are considering Dur-A-Flex flooring systems. 

“I am confident that Lee will bring professionalism and energy to this position and aid in the expansion of Dur-A-Flex’s strategic account base, increase our impact project exposure and generate selling opportunities for the Sales team,” says John Conway, Director of Business Development.

Meade, Vice President, Sales and Technical Support.  “He understands proper product functionality, site needs and resources required and can apply them to build solid specifications and relationships,” Meade concludes. 

Nabb has extensive resinous flooring experience in sales and installation. Prior to joining Dur-A-Flex, he held several sales and business development positions, including Director of Sales, at Ohio-based G&K Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: GKS) 

An Ohio native, Nabb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Youngstown State University and currently resides in Canfield with his family. He is a coach for the Youngstown Youth Flag Football Association and also serves on the board of directors for the Youngstown Youth Flag Football League.
