When doing a final cross-roll for any Dur-A-Flex Flooring system, the best practice and application technique is to keep the roller nap moving in one direction. If you push the roller in one direction and then proceed to pull the roller on the next pass it will result in a slight thickness difference and produce a roller line. A dedicated person should be used for the final cross roll and should be done immediately after the back-roll process. If the cross roll is too late or inconsistently timed it will result in roller lines or the introduction of air bubbles.
