The best way to keep your resinous floor looking and performing like it did the day it was installed is to implement a cleaning program that utilizes the right cleaning solutions and equipment. A properly cleaned floor will maximize the service life by eliminating surface residues that can degrade coatings over time, and maximize pedestrian safety by removing any traction reducing residues.
It’s important to use a liquid alkaline floor cleaner such as our EZ-Clean that deep cleans and promotes easy rinsing. Be sure to ALWAYS rinse the floor after cleaning, but NEVER rinse before removing the dirty cleaning solution from the floor surface, and NEVER use abrasive cleaning pads or brushes. See our Cleaning Guidelines for more information or contact us for specific recommendations for your floor.
